fresh towels central location

the location is central. i could easily reach many points of interest by walking. the hotel provided fresh towels every day. it also had a refrigerator and air conditioning, wonderful since it was very hot outside.

the lighting in the room was a bit dim.

central location spa bath free access

i found the location quite central. it made exploring the area easy. The room had a spa bath. it included free access to the relax zone. i liked the garden right in front of the hotel.

the shower drain was a little clogged. water accumulated while showering. this made it difficult to reach the sink and toilet area afterward.

the hotel is located adjacent to Crystal Park. i noticed it offers easy access to many dining and nightlife options. The Nevsky Cathedral is really close, only 200 meters away.

I liked the hotel's location. It was close to many key attractions. my room was spacious, i had a double room terrace access to relax zone. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was super clean and well-kept. the bed was comfortable and i slept well each night.

the bathroom door had a small gap, which reduced privacy slightly, it was a minor inconvenience.

location good, experience not so much

strange smell dirty bathroom

i did liked the location it was pretty central to everything, i guess.

The room i got looked nothing like the photos online, everything seemed pretty old and worn, like it had seen better days. there were even some strange stains on the walls, i am not kidding. the bathroom wasn't very clean. I found some hairs from previous guests, ew! the sofa was quite uncomfortable, and the whole place had this weird smell that i couldn't quite put my finger on.

The location is fantastic, close to many attractions. Staff members assisted with luggage to the room. The room was adequate. Air conditioning worked very well. I could stay again.

The walls were thin. I could hear other guests. The shower drain was a bit clogged.
