location good, experience not so much

i did liked the location it was pretty central to everything, i guess.

The room i got looked nothing like the photos online, everything seemed pretty old and worn, like it had seen better days. there were even some strange stains on the walls, i am not kidding. the bathroom wasn't very clean. I found some hairs from previous guests, ew! the sofa was quite uncomfortable, and the whole place had this weird smell that i couldn't quite put my finger on.

The location is fantastic, close to many attractions. Staff members assisted with luggage to the room. The room was adequate. Air conditioning worked very well. I could stay again.

The walls were thin. I could hear other guests. The shower drain was a bit clogged.

The hotel has a great position, very near main attractions, and public transport access. It is also situated very close to the Metro, so guests can easily reach any destination in the city from here.
